I am sure if the author goes back to all the presidents the same patterns have always been there. The founding fathers layed the foundaton as well as all the loop holes. I do not know if that makes us great but it does defines us as a people. Bush II just did not know how to pull it off. Poppy did not know how either. He was only served one term. I always wondered how he lost. It will take years to right the wrongs. By then it will not matter. It will be like a tear in the falling rain.
